  The entire experience with LUX and especially Markus was great. Markus was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly focused on solving our refrigerator problems. We felt he really cared about fixing our problem as quick and at lowest cost possible.
He made a separate trip to fully understand the toot cause. We were very pleased with Markus and would strongly recommend LUX and Markus to repair any appliance  problem you have.

  I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for lux appliance. My oven broke down right before a big family dinner, and I was in full-on panic mode. But their technician, Eli, was a lifesaver.   Our tech and his team called before they came with a time not a window which was refreshing. Once our tech arrived he was very professional and courteous. After his assessment he ordered the parts and returned to finish the job. Upon finishing the repair he cleaned up all the area and just very pleasant experience!
